OptiBac Probiotics recommended in the Fife News

Keren Brynes MacLean of Health Food & More in Kirkcaldy, featured OptiBac Probiotics in her weekly column in the Fife News.
"There is no doubt that people understand the need for probiotics so much more nowadays thanks to the adverts on TV about good bacteria drinks. I'm not against these products as such, but I do favour supplements over drinks because there is a guaranteed level of bacteria available, there is less packaging and actually it can work out much better value for money" writes Keren.
Keren also commented on other benefits of supplements, which can include antioxidants, prebiotic FOS, and noted the benefits of Saccharomyces boulardii for conditions such as IBD, IBS and tummy bugs. "I've used it myself for a tummy bug and got good results and had very positive feedback from clients." ~ Happy customers all round!
