For maintaining regularity featured in Fife Today

For maintaining regularity was featured in Fife Today courtesy of a column written by Keren Brynes MacLean, a Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. In her column Keren discusses the prevalence of people who suffer with constipation and how it often goes hand in hand with other health conditions. Most people can resolve their issues by simply improving their diet and drinking more water, but sadly for some, this isn't always enough. Keren recommends For maintaining regularity as a way to manage constipation issues. She writes, "Research indicates that the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12® is one of the most effective in managing constipation problems. It has been shown to reduce pathogenic bacteria in the bowel and to increas the body's level of healthy probiotic bacteria and, most significantly, to reduce constipation by activating intestinal motility and moistening the stool making it easier to pass." Expert words from Keren, we couldn't put it better ourselves.
