Other ways to love yourself this Valentine's:

  • Take a nice long soak in the bath - with epsom salts to soothe tired muscles. And candles of course!
  • WORK OUT. It doesn't sound like fun when you have to get up early for a run, but the endorphins released during excercise will have you feeling great by the end. And if you do your excercise in the morning, you can feel super smug for the rest of the day!
