Nutritional expert and columnist Ian Marber, a.k.a The Food Doctor, routinely tackles the digestive ailments of the readers of Woman magazine in his popular weekly column. This week one reader is puzzled by regular bouts of diarrhoea, despite her healthy lifestyle.
