For those of us who indulged a bit (or a lot!) over the Easter weekend the beginning of the spring season is a timely opportunity to re-energise for the summer months to come. Luckily Woman's Weekly magazine has this covered and we're really pleased to announce that our very own 'Saccharomyces boulardii' has been featured in an article called 'The Real Reasons For Your Foggy Brain'.

The article features some need-to-know advice exploring the reasons why you might not be feeling your best and some helpful tips including taking more B vitamins, drinking more liquids and reducing your sugar intake to get you back up and running. In the section 'You're full of yeast!', nutritionist Judy Watson explains how the gut flora can easily become unbalanced and consequently become a breeding ground for yeast to overgrow, causing symptoms such as Candida overgrowth. Judy recommends 'Saccharomyces boulardii' as a 'friendly yeast supplement' which has been proven to reach the gut alive.
