Optibac offers a subscription service, so you can get your favourite friendly bacteria delivered to your door every month.

Subscriptions are a great way to save time and money and to make sure you are always stocked up on your favourite probiotic supplement(s).

Here are some of our most popular questions about subscriptions.

How do I set up a subscription?

  1. Add the supplement(s) you'd like to be included in your subscription to your basket.
  2. Navigate to your basket.
  3. Select your preferred order frequency from the drop down in the blue Subscribe & Save box.
  4. Already got an account with Optibac? Click 'Sign in & subscribe'.
  5. New to Optibac? Click 'Register & subscribe' to set up your account.
  6. Enter your contact details and preferred delivery service - standard, first class or express.
  7. Pay for your order - you will only be charged for the first delivery; subsequent orders will be charged at time of dispatch.

Standard terms of sale apply to all subscriptions.

How do I amend my subscription?

Log into your account to:

  • Update your delivery address.
  • Change payment details.
  • Add or remove products from your next delivery.
  • Skip your next delivery.
  • Pause your subcription. 
  • Amend any products frequency, quanity and pack size.
  • Cancel your subscription.

How do I change my dispatch date?

In the upcoming deliveries section, you are able to edit any delivery with the option to ship the next working day or delay by up to 14 days.

How do I add another product to my subscription?

You can add any number of products to your subscription by logging into your account and selecting the relevent subscription. 

How to change my delivery address?

  • Log into your account.
  • Select 'View subscription'.
  • Choose 'Edit subscription details'.
  • Click 'Change delivery address'.

Can I skip my order?

You can skip your next scheduled delivery.

  • Log into your account.
  • Select 'View subscription'.
  • Choose 'All upcoming deliveries'.
  • Click 'Edit delivery' on the delivery you wish to skip.
  • Select 'Skip this delivery'.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log into your account.
  • Select 'View subscription'.
  • Under 'Subscription details', click 'Cancel subscription'.

I have cancelled my subscription but how do I resubscribe?

You are not able to activate a cancelled subscription. If you'd like to resubscribe, please set up a new subscription.
