What are live cultures?

Live, or active cultures, refer to the microorganisms found in foods such as yoghurt, which may be beneficial for human health. The term 'live cultures' is increasingly used instead of the term 'probiotics' and a common example is the species acidophilus.

Food intolerance.

I suffer from severe food intolerance. The every day extra strength probiotics have made a big difference. The ordinary every day capsules, because they contain FOS, cause me significant problems.
