Ordering in time for Christmas

If you need your order before Christmas, we recommend you order by the dates shown in the tables. These are the latest recommended dates for delivery before Christmas. We advise customers to ideally order in advance of these days to ensure they are not disappointed. Please click on the relevant sections below to view more details.

Our offices are closed over the Christmas and New Year period

Our offices will remain closed over the break from 5:30pm on Friday 22nd December and will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January for customer service and sales enquiries. You can still order as usual through our website over this period by visiting our online shop.

Ordering over the Christmas and New Year period

We will continue to accept orders through our website over the Christmas and New Year break. There will be no changes to the ordering process, the only slight differences you will notice will be:

  • Our telephone order service will be closed over the break
  • There will be no next day delivery option during this time
  • There will be temporary delays dispatching orders we receive from Saturday 23rd December to Monday 1st January. Please see below Will there be delays in posting / delivering orders? for more information.

Will there be delays in posting / delivering orders?

As a result of our offices being mainly closed over the Christmas and New Year period, there will be temporary delays dispatching orders from our central warehouse. To understand how this may affect you, please refer to the table below.

*** Please note: cut off times of 3pm and 11am apply depending on delivery method chosen. Trade Orders

Our sales team are taking a well deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period so you won't be able to call in trade orders from 5:30pm on Friday 22nd December to Monday 2nd January. Our last date for trade dispatch is Thursday 21st December. In addition, those who normally order via email can still email orders to [email protected] and we will pick them up first thing in the New Year.
